  • The Hotel appears to be out of Double Rooms - we are trying to add more Single & Family rooms to our block. But apart from any rooms these free up (if we get them). There are no more standard double room.
  • Our next membership rate rise will be in the new year. Join now to get lower rates from our Membership Page.
  • Our block is now out of Single, Family & Double Room apart from the odd day booking. But we still have Twin rooms available at £100 a night. Book you room now through our Hotel Booking Page.
  • We do not have access to our venue during the day on Thursday for setting up. This means we are even more in need of volunteers to help build the convention on Thursday evening and Friday morning. If you want to volunteer - but not during the con itself, have never volunteered before, or are curious about con-running this is a great opportunity to get involved and see how a convention works. No experience is necessary and we can find jobs for everybody! Regular volunteers are of course welcome. If you can help please visit our Volunteer Page.
  • We are supporting a group raising funds to fund midwives in Afghanistan. If you want to know more about the group or our involvement for to our Afghan Mothers Page
